Thinking differently

The UK saw the first stage of lockdown easing this week and, by the next time we write, we will hopefully have seen the next step on the Prime Minister's roadmap – the all-important opening of restaurant and pub gardens. We hope that for all of you who operate such venues that the first week goes smoothly, and for consumers in the UK like us, we hope you enjoy those first beers and meals out.
