Information exchanges and competition law

The exchange of information between competitors is one of the most complex areas of competition law.

Such exchanges could happen in private, in public, through third parties, at trade associations, in the context of a planned acquisition or in a joint venture. Assessing what can be legally exchanged is not always easy.

This session focuses on providing practical guidance from a former in-house lawyer and takes into account the relaxation of competition law rules during the current crisis.
