We look at rules on direct marketing, in particular at the impact of the GDPR, how to manage marketing databases and accountability, and at issues which attract regulator enforcement. We also focus on current requirements as well as looking ahead to what the ePrivacy Regulation (now unlikely to come in before 2020), will bring.
