Reform of the Commercial Companies Code

The online workshop on the Reform of the Commercial Companies Code: corporate governance and holding law in state-owned companies, organised by MMC Polska, will take place on 4 and 5 November.

The following topics will be discussed, among others:

• Establishment and operation of qualified shareholdings on the basis of the draft amendment to the Commercial Companies Code 

• Liability principles of individual group companies

• Strengthening of supervision by supervisory boards of corporations

• Responsibility and new competences of members of the corporate bodies of group companies

• ESG in companies with state treasury holdings

• Strategies for minimising risks in the operation of the company
