As the UK's Online Safety Act obligations begin to bite, we discussed what you need to do to ensure you are ready, including whether you are in scope (as a user-to-user or search service) and our guests' expectations regarding illegal content, children's access, age assurance, user verification and transparency obligations taking account of latest guidance and codes of practice. We also discussed what compliance looks like and likely approaches to enforcement.
