The annual Polish Real Estate Forum will take place in Sopot on 2 and 3 September. The event is especially important for players in the real estate market.
The conference will discuss the most important issues related to commercial and residential real estate, including trends, possible market development scenarios and feasible solutions.

On the first day of the conference Partner Andrzej Mikosz and Jakub Pitera from our Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets team, , will present a case study on public offering under the accelerated book-building procedure as a means of financing real estate investments. On the second day, Grażyna Kuźma, Partner and Head of our Real Estate team, will participate in a discussion panel “A partnership in difficult times”.
