Working alongside your international colleagues gives you the experience you need to deepen your specialist expertise, progress your career and deliver a seamless global service to our clients.
We regularly bring together a number of our mid-level associates from across our different jurisdictions to develop an international network of associates.
This promotes working together, with a focus on delivering strategy and business development skills. It gives everyone the opportunity to learn from each other and hear from our clients and partners.
For our future leaders in the firm, this two-day academy brings people together regularly to help build stronger relationships across the firm.
We focus on looking beyond technical specialism to develop leadership, client development skills and a one firm mind-set.
Aimed at our new partners, this programme enables everyone to gain some practical insight into the transition to the role of the partner.
We focus on leadership – on leading in the firm, with clients, with teams and leading your own development.
This programme builds leadership capabilities and succession opportunities.
It equips our women partners and senior counsel with the tools to address the challenges of taking a leadership role in the firm and with clients.
The programme also develops an international network of peers to build collaboration, foster business opportunities and to encourage the cohort to keep connected.
Whatever your role or specialism, you’ll have opportunities to continually develop your skills, your mindset and stretch yourself as part of expert teams.

A secondment offers the perfect opportunity to take a look at another Taylor Wessing office. For me, it was interesting to see what kind of matters my colleagues from the London office were dealing with and their methods.
I also got more familiar with the legal system of the UK, which helps me understand their position and questions better. Moreover, I got to know my colleagues better and that makes it easier to reach out when a client needs assistance in the UK. And of course: it was a great experience to live and work in London for a few weeks.
Laure concentrates on national and international litigation before French Courts. Her activity includes judicial technical expertise, settlement agreements and alternative disputes resolution.
Laure has also developed a practice in national and international arbitration, notably under ICC.
As a specialist in litigation and arbitration, Laure is dealing with matters arising under civil and commercial law. She notably has an extended experience in contractual liability cases, unfair competition, termination of established business relationships, as well as IT litigations.
She also intervenes on litigation in connection with corporate matters (share purchase agreements disputes, shareholders' disputes, liability of management, etc.).
She represents individuals and companies, both national and international, including insurers and their insured particulars or insured entities.
In 2022 Laure was accredited as an arbitrator within the CMAP - Mediation and Arbitration in Paris.
I was fortunate enough to go on secondment to Taylor Wessing’s Frankfurt office for 3 weeks. It was a great opportunity to meet with colleagues and clients in Germany and to build on existing relationships and develop new ones.
The experience has led to closer ties with our Frankfurt office as well as an instruction from a new client.
I went on secondment to Taylor Wessing's Amsterdam office in August 2019, sitting with the Banking & Finance team for three weeks. The whole Amsterdam office were incredibly welcome and made me feel right at home from my first day.
Whilst I was there I also had the chance to spend a day in the Eindhoven office; it was really interesting to be able to compare the differences between the two offices. Being in Amsterdam for three weeks also gave me the opportunity to meet-up with some of our international clients and I was even able to attend a client’s offices to deliver some training.
