Maike is a lawyer and a notary public. She advises in particular German and international banks and financial institutions as well as private equity investors and corporations on complex national and cross-border financing transactions. Maike has particular expertise in acquisition financing, restructurings and corporate finance. She also advises on other forms of financing, such as real estate or project financing.
Maike is Local Manager of Taylor Wessing's Frankfurt office.
