Sunlight Group acquires majority stake in Lehmann Marine GmbH with Taylor Wessing

Under the lead of Munich-based Taylor Wessing partner Dr. Peter Hellich, Taylor Wessing provided comprehensive legal advice to Sunlight Group, a leading manufacturer of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries, on the acquisition of 51% of the shares in Lehmann Marine GmbH. Lehmann Marine is a leading producer of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery systems for the marine industry.

The investment strengthens Sunlight Group's position in the growing market for energy solutions and adds innovative technologies to its portfolio. The partnership offers the shareholders a strategically valuable solution and strengthens the long-term market positioning of Lehmann Marine.
