Jakub Adam, partner at Taylor Wessing Czech Republic, has been invited by CEE Legal Matters to join the CEE Deal of the Year Awards Selection Committee due to his expert knowledge of the legal industry. This organization has been awarding these prestigious, highly recognized awards in the legal field of Central and Eastern Europe for several years now.
The CEE Deal of the Year Awards have been granted since 2017 by CEE Legal Matters, the leading source of news and information about the lawyers and legal industry in Central and Eastern Europe - to celebrate the transactions, financings, IPOs, and other deals that underpin growth throughout the region, as well as the lawyers and law firms who make them happen. Jakub Adam was selected for the Czech Republic Selection Committee due to his many years of experience.
Jakub Adam is a partner of international law firm Taylor Wessing and heads its Real Estate & Construction team in the Czech Republic. He is an experienced transactional lawyer with a strong background in Real Estate, financing and the energy sector. He has worked on a great many key transactions in Central and Eastern Europe over the past 20 years and more. He is also regularly in charge of real estate construction and development matters. Jakub is a member of ARTN (Czech Association for Development of the Real Estate Market) and of the Real Estate Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce and regularly attends conferences and seminars as a speaker or panel member.
