Philipp Zumbo (34) is the new partner in Taylor Wessing's corporate team in Vienna. In addition to profound know-how in Austrian and European corporate law, he has made a name for himself in the area of procedural enforcement of shareholder rights against the company as well as against other shareholders.
Raimund Cancola, Taylor Wessing CEE Managing Partner and at the same time CEE Head of Corporate and M&A, sees great potential in the expansion of the team:

Philipp, who most recently worked as a lawyer in well-known Austrian law firms and also passes on his knowledge as a lecturer at the Executive Academy of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, says of his new responsibilities:
