International law firm Taylor Wessing has advised Imperial Logistics Limited (Imperial) on the sale of its South American shipping business of nearly 100 push boats and barges to Hidrovias do Brasil S.A. (Hidrovias). In the summer of 2020, Taylor Wessing had already advised Imperial on the sale of its European shipping business with around 300 ships to Häfen und Güterverkehr Köln AG.
