We have advised BentallGreenOak on the acquisition of a seven-asset strong logistics portfolio from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing.
The platform includes seven logistics assets, totalling 2.18m sq ft. Over 80% of the portfolio is leased to tenants such as Sainsburys, British Gas, DSV and Clipper on core logistics parks including Magna Park, Lutterworth, D.I.R.F.T, Hams Hall and Warth Park.

The deal required the expertise of both our Real Estate and Private Equity teams.

This is the second acquisition the firm has worked with BentallGreenOak on and completed in a month. The team advised on the one million sq ft development of Orwell Logistics Park in Felixstowe earlier in January.
