The US private equity firm Marlin Equity Partners has signed agreements with the shareholders of the Hamburg-based SaaS start-up COYO GmbH, which offers a platform for internal corporate communications that is already used by more than one million people worldwide, to acquire a majority stake in COYO. The closing of the transaction still requires official approvals.
A team from the international law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Hamburg-based partner Jens Wolf, advised COYO and its shareholders on all legal issues relating to the majority sale.
