The US listed company Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP), a leading provider of business spend management solutions, has acquired the BELLIN Group (BELLIN). A team led by the two Frankfurt partners Hassan Sohbi and Dr. Michael Lamsa of the international law firm Taylor Wessing advised Coupa Software in the acquisition of BELLIN Group from its founder Martin Bellin as well as from the Private Equity investor LEA Partners. Coupa Software is a leader in Business Spend Management (BSM). BELLIN Group is a leading provider of treasury management software (TMS). With a long history in treasury services, BELLIN is well established with its cloud-based TMS platform. Based in Ettenheim, Germany, BELLIN operates further offices in London, Vancouver, Cambridge, Mass., and Karlsruhe, Germany. BELLIN was founded in the late 1990s. In 2017, LEA Partners joined BELLIN Group as an investor.
