Announcing another new partner hire for 2020 with the appointment of Helen Farr

Taylor Wessing announces the appointment of Helen Farr as partner in its employment team.

Helen has joined the firm from Fox Williams. Prior to this, Helen spent thirteen years at Pinsent Masons.

She has considerable expertise in a number of areas including financial and professional services, private equity and FinTech. She focuses largely on strategic matters such as workplace discrimination of a sensitive nature, equal pay, team moves, boardroom disputes and employment cases involving financial services regulatory issues.

Shifts in generational attitudes and diversification of the workforce, coupled with evolving legislation governing such matters, mean that working cultures and employee engagement are increasing focus areas for employers. We support our clients by advising them on how to comply, and set new standards of best practice in the sectors in which they operate. Helen is a highly regarded practitioner in this key field and we look forward to welcoming her to the team next month.”

I am incredibly excited to be joining the firm’s market leading employment team and working with them to help shape the future of such a well-respected practice.”
