International law firm Taylor Wessing has advised Tech 21 UK Limited (Tech 21) on its recent USD 10 million senior debt facility with Westbrooke Yield Plus S. à r.l. as lender and Westbrooke Alternative Asset Management UK Limited as arranger (Westbrooke).
Tech 21 is a leading global brand, and offers protective solutions to a range of mobile devices including phones, tablets and laptops. The senior debt facility has been put in place to support the continued growth and development of Tech 21.
