Ensuring equal representation of women in the workplace is proven to have positive effects across the entire organisation, but it can be particularly challenging for those running global businesses to ensure that gender diversity is prioritised globally. In light of the events of 2020, businesses are also focused on the removal of the unique barriers faced by BAME women.
