Sam Peters is a senior associate in the Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets group. Her practice is focused on Dutch corporate law in the broadest sense, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and joint ventures.
In addition she also regularly advises on commercial contracts and she has experience in corporate and commercial litigation.
