Paul is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance group. He works on various types of financing transactions, as well as on corporate M&A transactions.

Paul advises international banks, financial investors and borrowers on financing transactions. He is particularly focussed on real estate and leveraged finance. In addition he regularly advises corporate clients on M&A transactions.

Westmont exploitera et co-investira dans le portefeuille de 13 hôtels IHG situés dans des villes clés en Allemagne et aux Pays-Bas.
