Predictions 2023 – Part 2

The course is set this year for a number of crucial developments in technology law. We will take a look at some new laws which will have a real impact such as the Digital Services Act and the Artificial Intelligence Act. We will also consider developments in data protection law and youth protection law, namely the Data Privacy Framework and liability for data protection breaches.
