Global revenue hits EUR619 million and UK PEP reaches GBP1.1 million
We're delighted to announce our 2024/25 financial results, achieving continued success with a 10.1% increase on 2023/24 figures, taking global revenue to a new record high of EUR619 million (GBP526.2 million).
The UK business, which has grown 80% since 2020, also reports today and saw growth accelerate:
- Revenue up 15% to GBP283.7 million.
- Profit up 12.3% to GBP103 million.
- UK profit per equity partner (PEP) up to GBP1.1 million.

This has been supported by a truly innovative culture both through technology and the implementation of a highly successful client investment programme.

Recent strategic investments include:
- 24 lateral hires made globally across the firm since the start of 2024. Strategically targeting areas of growth including M&A, Disputes & Investigations, Patents & Innovation and IP.
- Bolstering patent litigation capability across Paris and Netherlands.
- We are the top-ranking firm for AI transactions (Pitchbook).
- Onboarding of Legora, the legal Gen AI tool, after extensive use testing.
- Upgrading of premises in several key locations including London, Dublin, Liverpool, Cambridge and San Francisco.
- Shane Gleghorn was re-elected UKIME managing partner in October 2024 and Dr Oliver Bertram began as German managing partner in July 2024. Both sit as co-chairs of Taylor Wessing.
Our strategic alliance with Orsingher Ortu, established in January 2025, has extended the reach of the firm to Italy. Alongside the existing strategic alliance with ECIJA, we are capable of fully servicing needs of our clients across every major European economy. Our Ireland office has continued to go from strength to strength, becoming a market leading force across our core markets in a short space of time.
