We have advised Emitwise on the sale of its supply chain climate software solution to Green Project Technologies.
Emitwise is the developer of automated carbon tracking and accounting software designed to help businesses track and manage their carbon footprint. Its software provides tools to plan cost-effective strategies to exceed sustainability targets and track emissions accurately in real-time, enabling organisations to transform the way they manage the environmental impact of their supply chains.
Emitwise's software and technology is getting integrated with Green Project Technologies, itself part of the ACT Group of sustainability solution providers, sitting alongside Green Project's audit-grade accounting and ACT's global reach.
Mauro Cozzi, Co-Founder & CEO at Emitwise, said: "We have worked with the Taylor Wessing team for several years now. I'm delighted we were able to work with them on this transaction. Their approach was thoughtful and focused throughout. I can't speak highly enough of the entire team."
Philip Shepherd said: "This is a rapidly expanding area with lots of innovative companies finding ways to help businesses better track their data. We're really pleased to have worked with Emitwise to get this deal closed quickly and efficiently. We wish the teams at Emitwise, Green Project Technologies and the broader ACT group all the best for their future endeavours."
