We have advised Vivion Investments S.à.r.l., a real estate investment company with a portfolio of assets across United Kingdom and Germany, on a successful tap issuance of an additional €250 million 6.50% plus PIK Senior Secured Notes due 2028.
The New Notes were issued to an international group of institutional investors via a private placement transaction and are expected to be admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin. The New Notes will consolidate and form a single series with Vivion’s outstanding €644,042,220 6.50% plus PIK Senior Secured Notes due 2028 on or around 28 January 2025. Vivion intends to primarily use the proceeds from the issuance of the New Notes to refinance a loan facility.
This transaction was the latest follow-up deal after Vivion’s €1.4 billion bond exchange and refinancing exercise in August 2023.
