Ltd. (ESA), on its business combination with Genesis Unicorn Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: GENQ) (Genesis), a special purpose acquisition company. 

Upon the closing of the business combination on 2 August 2023, the common stock and public warrants of the combined company, ESGL Holdings Limited, has begun trading on 4 August 2023 on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbols “ESGL” and “ESGLW,” respectively.
