Cyber Security – Taylor Wessing advises Tenzir on extension of Seed financing round

As part of the extension of its Seed financing round Hamburg-based Tenzir GmbH has raised capital from G+D Ventures and eCAPITAL. A team of the international law firm Taylor Wessing, consisting of Hamburg-based partner Jens Wolf and Hamburg-based senior associate Philipp Hoegl, advised Tenzir on all legal issues in connection with the extension of the Seed financing round.
