Artificial Intelligence – Taylor Wessing advises Faber Capital and Seedcamp on Series Seed investment in Kern AI

Lisbon-based Faber Capital and London-based Seedcamp have co-led the Series Seed financing round of Kern AI GmbH with a total volume of around 2.7 million euros. A team of the international law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Hamburg-based partner Jens Wolf and Hamburg-based senior associate Philipp Hoegl, advised Faber Capital and Seedcamp on all legal issues in connection with Kern AI’s Series Seed financing round.

In addition to Faber Capital and Seedcamp, HPI Seed Fund as well as other investors and business angels invested in the course of Kern AI’s Series Seed financing round.

Kern AI offers its customers a solution to embed modern natural language processing into their products and processes. Such solution is mostly used by developers in AI-driven organisations.
