Taylor Wessing advises shareholders of H&H Datenverarbeitung on takeover by Visma Group

Led by partner Stephan Heinemann, Taylor Wessing has provided legal advice to the shareholders of Berlin-based H&H Datenverarbeitungs- und Beratungsgesellschaft mbH on its majority takeover by the Norwegian Visma Group. With the closing of the transaction, Taylor Wessing successfully continues its extensive track record and sector expertise in advising on M&A transactions in the SaaS and enterprise software sector.

Following the acquisition by Visma, H&H Datenverarbeitung is to be continued by the existing management team and under its existing brand.
