With the closing of the transaction, Taylor Wessing successfully continues its extensive track record and sector expertise in advising on M&A transactions in the SaaS and enterprise software sector.
Following the acquisition by Visma, H&H Datenverarbeitung is to be continued by the existing management team and under its existing brand.
