Taylor Wessing supports client in selling rotor blade plant in Lauchhammer, Brandenburg

A team from Taylor Wessing was entrusted by Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas with the sale of the production site of a former rotor blade plant in Lauchhammer, Brandenburg. The sales process included the approx. 240,000 sqm large property located John-Schehr-Straße, advising the Danish company on all legal issues. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Taylor Wessing has been advising Vestas (and formerly MHI Vestas Offshore Wind) for years and has in the past supported Vestas in particular with respect to several offshore wind projects.
