Supporting Beamery on its hybrid working investment

We have advised Beamery on negotiating the lease for its new London office headquarters at one of London's most exciting new buildings, The HYLO, as the company further embraces hybrid ways of working.

Beamery’s Talent Lifecycle Management platform allows enterprises to create more human experiences for all talent and unlock the skills and potential of their global workforce. It helps organizations identify and acquire top talent, move the needle on DE&I, close key skill gaps and retain top performers to create equal access to work.

Xavier Langlois, Chief Legal and Impact Officer at Beamery, said: "Hybrid work is here to stay and Beamery is here to support it! We’ve made a significant and deliberate investment in our new headquarters, to create an inspirational space that encourages collaboration, with exceptional levels of supporting technologies in place that helps us bring remote colleagues closer. We are very grateful to Emma, Philip and the rest of the Taylor Wessing team for their focussed advice and proactive support during this process."

Commenting on this project, real estate partner Emma Oakley said: "We are very pleased to have been able to support Beamery on its journey to new headquarters where it can further flourish. As one of the most connected law firms ingrained in the technology sector, and one of the few who can support companies throughout their life cycles, this is an example of just one of the ways we can help companies in this fast-moving sector. We wish the Beamery team all the best for this exciting next phase of growth!"

The team was led by partners Emma Oakley (real estate) and Philip Shepherd (corporate technology) with support from Clare Thompson (real estate) and Emma Coates (construction).
