Advising Digital 9 Infrastructure plc on £175 million follow on offering

We have advised Digital 9 Infrastructure plc (DGI9) on a placing of new ordinary shares, and an associated retail offer via PrimaryBid, raising £175 million. 

The net proceeds of the placing will be used to acquire further digital infrastructure assets such as data centres and sub-sea and terrestrial fibre assets.

This transaction follows our recent work advising DGI9 on its £300 million main market IPO.
