Roland Mallinson is Trade Marks Lawyer of the Year

Roland Mallinson has been named Trade Marks Lawyer of the Year at the Who's Who Legal (WWL) Awards 2020.

The WWL Awards are based on nominations by clients and peers, bespoke data and research to identify leading practitioners across 35 practice areas and industries around the world.

Roland is the Head of our Trade Mark group in the UK. For over 20 years he's advised major international brand owners on their IP rights. He's responsible for the international trade mark portfolios and IP advisory and enforcement work for numerous household name brands.

Reacting to the announcement, Roland said: "We have a broad spectrum of talents in IP rights, including trade marks, copyright, designs and advertising, advising on IP strategy, exploitation, use and protection. This award is recognition of that range of expertise as well as my place in the market, which would not have been possible without the team that I work with."
