International law firm Taylor Wessing announces the appointment of Matthew Swainston as a partner in its real estate group.
Matthew joins the firm as a partner in the UK from Forsters where he was a partner for over fourteen years.
A well-known figure in the market, Matthew advises clients in the real estate sector. He has an excellent reputation acting for institutional investors, funders, developers, livery companies and property companies.
Matthew specialises in complex commercial real estate projects, development and investment work, as well as joint ventures, and landlord and tenant transactions for UK and international clients.
