Taylor Wessing advises anovis it-services and trading GmbH on the sale of all shares to CymbiQ Group AG

Taylor Wessing advised the shareholders on the sale of all shares in anovis it-services and trading GmbH to CymbiQ Group AG, a portfolio company of the German private equity investor capiton. anovis it-services and trading GmbH is an IT service provider and managed security service provider based in Vienna. The firm will strengthen the CymbiQ Group in the future and pursue a joint growth strategy on the European market. At the same time, the founder and CEO of anovis it-services and trading GmbH will become a member of the Executive Board of the CymbiQ Group.

The transaction was closed in September 2018.

A team from Taylor Wessing Vienna and Prague, led by the two Vienna Partners Philip Hoflehner (Corporate) and Michaela Petritz-Klar (Tax), advised the vendor in all legal and tax aspects. Also involved were Allan Hahn (Senior Associate Corporate), Manuel Müllner (Senior Associate Employment), David Konrath (Senior Associate Competition) and Philipp Samonigg (Associate Corporate) as well as Thomas Rechberger (Partner Corporate) and Barbora Skolková (Associate Corporate), both from Prague.
