Working in the litigation team primarily involves active support in various court proceedings, including but not limited to:
- Preparing preliminary analysis, memoranda, and legal opinions,
- participating in the development of litigation strategies,
- representing the firm’s clients in all types of proceedings before common and arbitration courts,
- drafting all types of pleadings,
- monitoring court deadlines,
- continuously monitoring court information portals in ongoing proceedings.
Requirements
- Graduate of the Faculty of Law, currently undergoing training to become a barrister/solicitor,
- professional experience in a litigation team (minimum 3 years),
- experience in commercial proceedings,
- fluency in English (sufficient for daily professional use); knowledge of German will be an additional asset,
- excellent organizational and communication skills,
- ability to work in a team, especially in interdisciplinary projects.
