Associate/Senior Associate for Corporate/M&A/Capital Markets Department

The scope of work in the Corporate/M&A/Capital Markets team primarily includes active support of the team with various aspects of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions. This includes conducting due diligence and drafting legal documentation. 

Requirements

• qualifications of a legal advisor/advocate
• professional experience (min. 2 years) in Corporate/M&A
• firm grasp of corporate law and capital markets law and/or willingness to develop in these areas
• fluency in English to ensure day-to-day work in this language and knowledge of legal terminology
• ability to learn quickly, good work management, strong motivation
• excellent communication skills, commitment, ability and willingness to work in a team.
