Isabelle Moisy

Isabelle advises trustees and ultra-high net worth individuals on all aspects of trust litigation. She has experience of complex international trust and estate matters as well as equitable claims in England & Wales and in offshore jurisdictions.

Isabelle also has experience advising on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, Court of Protection proceedings and arbitration proceedings.

Isabelle also has experience of tax and insolvency law and is a key member of the firm's pro bono initiatives.
