Dom advises a range of clients including individuals, private banks, family offices and trustees on a variety of issues, with a particular focus on structuring, succession and estate planning. A significant amount of Dom's work has a cross border element and involves clients with connections to multiple jurisdictions.
Dom regularly advises entrepreneurs and early-stage investors throughout the lifecycle of their businesses, from establishment and initial fundraising rounds to eventual exit and planning in relation to any disposal proceeds.
Dom also advises senior executives and financial services professionals in relation to remuneration, carried interest and co-invest arrangements.
Dom regularly advises on HMRC investigations and disputes.
In 2023, Dom spent six months on secondment to a large international private bank, working alongside wealth advisors on a range of cross-border and domestic planning and structuring issues. Prior to joining Taylor Wessing, Dom worked in the corporate tax group of a large international law firm.
