Nicole is a member of the Corporate/M&A and capital markets team. She is experienced in Czech and German venture capital (start-ups including seed stage and financing rounds), M&A (private equity including share and asset deals and corporate and group law) and restructuring (including distressed M&A) and has represented clients before Czech courts.
Her focus lies on comparative law and the identification of legally and economically ideal transaction structures, including international relations.
