We are relieved to see that lockdown restrictions are slowly being eased in a small number of European countries and restaurants are starting to re-open across China. Winston Churchill once said after a key victory in World War II – "Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning".

We dare to hope and know there is a long, long road ahead to any sense of normalcy.
