Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a junior associate you would strengthen one of our specialised teams with primary responsibilities as follows:
- Analysing, reviewing and preparation of documents in various areas of law
- Participation in negotiations and drafting contractual documentation;
- Coordination of communication with the clients, potential investors, business partners, counterparties and public authorities;
- Providing operational legal support for the company’s executives;
- Providing legal advice to a variety of clients, including clients doing business in “industries of tomorrow”;
- Monitoring and implementing regulatory changes;
- If interested, opportunity of participation in legislative process (commenting of bills);
- If interested, opportunity of participation in pro bono legal work.

Requirements and Skills
- University education (Master's degree) in Slovak law
- Microsoft Office - advanced
- English - Advanced (C1)
- You really like law and approach it with curiosity, passion and problem-solving mindset;
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must;
- German proficiency at working level is an advantage;
- Analytical skills, imagination, out-of-box thinking and creativity necessary;
- Flexible, detail-oriented, organized, stress-resistant;
- Interest in new technology trends is an advantage.
