In the event an employer terminates or chooses not renew an employment contract, the employee concerned will receive a transition payment in the Netherlands. The payment sum depends on various aspects and we have developed the Taylor Wessing Transition Payment Tool to help calculate the cost. The tool is simple to use and calculates the payment based on the data entered.
Any personal details you fill in while using the Employment Transition Payment Tool will not be stored in any database linked to this website. They are sent to you and us by email one time only, and only after you grant permission, and will subsequently be removed by the server. We refer to our Privacy Statement for a survey of the personal details we process and how we handle the processing.
