We have advised Hello Klean on Brita's acquisition of a minority stake in the business. The deal marks the German water filtration giant's first-ever investment into the beauty market.
Hello Klean is a London-based pioneering beauty brand at the intersection of water science and skincare, offering shower filtration products alongside water-optimised hair, scalp and body care lines. The company will continue to be led by its co-founders.
The transaction represents a significant milestone for the brand, which will have access to Brita's world-class R&D infrastructure, enabling Hello Klean to further develop its filter technology. The investment will support four key areas of growth starting with product development.
