Advising Sofina Foods on its acquisition of Finnebrogue

We have advised Sofina Foods on its acquisition of award-winning food manufacturing business, Finnebrogue.

Sofina Foods is one of Europe and Canada's leading food companies, with more than 13,000 employees across 40 sites. The acquisition adds a further 1,200 people across four state-of-the-art facilities in County Down, Northern Ireland.
