We're delighted to announces the appointment of Matt Williams as a partner in our banking and finance team.
Matt joins our London office on 7 April from a leading international law firm where he advised on distressed debt, structured finance and special situations.
A debts and equity multi specialist, Matt has particular experience on the buy and sell side transactions that occur through the active portfolio management activities of financial institutions. His experience also covers, loan sales, regulatory capital advice, litigation funding, sponsor side corporate work and private credit.
