LoveCrafts, the UK-based knitting and crochet pattern marketplace and ecommerce retailer, has been sold to Creative Fiber Holdings Inc, part of the Missouri Star Quilt Company.
The transaction was led by Howard Palmer (partner) with support by Nicola Caton (senior associate) and Ben Eaves (associate).
"We have unparalleled expertise in providing guidance to emerging companies throughout their entire lifecycle," said Howard Palmer. "I was delighted that long term client, LoveCrafts, called on us once again to help them with their sale."
"I am very thankful for the unrelenting support that Howard and his colleagues at Taylor Wessing have given us across many years and many tricky transactions," said Edward Griffith, founder and CEO of LoveCrafts. "I really hope we have the opportunity to work again with Taylor Wessing again in the future."

Graham Samuel-Gibbon (head of Tax and incentives group), Ann Casey (Head of Incentives group) and Sally Robertson (senior associate).
Banking and finance
