Josh Boughton, senior associate in the private client team, has been included in eprivateclient's 'Top 35 under 35' list for 2022.
The rankings are designed to identify, recognise, introduce and promote the rising stars of the private wealth advisory sector. The process began with an open call for nominations for young and upcoming stars within the private client advisory professions, be they lawyers, accountants, trustees or any other professional intermediaries. The nominations were collated with 170 individuals nominated across 79 different firms. A rigorous judging process then took place during which each nominee was judged on the strength of their nomination(s).
Josh advises high net worth individuals, families, family offices and trustees on a range of private client issues, including wealth structuring, cross-border taxation, and estate planning. He has experience advising a range of domestic and international clients on international private client issues. Josh regularly advises clients on the establishment, administration and restructuring of trusts and other international asset holding structures.
One nominator said: "Josh is building a strong practice and presence as a private client lawyer and has established a broad, international practice advising high and ultra high net worth international families and their intermediaries. He is gaining a great following of clients as he becomes more experienced and well known in the sector."
