We have advised long-standing client and early-stage VC fund Dawn Capital on its investment as part of a £51.2 million Series C fundraising round for Quantexa.
Dawn Capital is a UK-based team of experienced entrepreneurs who specialise in investments in the Fintech and B2B software space. We've advised Dawn Capital on numerous transactions over the last 10 years including, most recently, investments in Dataiku, Eigen Technologies, Tink, and Garrison Technologies.
Quantexa specialises in contextual decision intelligence, using data and machine learning to help businesses make better decisions across multiple areas, including financial crime compliance, KYC, customer intelligence, fraud and credit risk.
The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners, with major participation from pre-existing backers Dawn Capital, AlbionVC and HSBC.
