Taylor Wessing advised LeHibou, a platform specializing in IT freelance intermediation, on its acquisition of Adonys Security, a cybersecurity consulting and expertise firm staffed by freelance experts.
Founded in 2019, Adonys Security leverages the expertise of its teams to identify, evaluate, implement, and operate the most appropriate defenses to secure its clients, supporting companies in all aspects of a security strategy and its operational implementation. The company is expected to generate revenue of €18 million in 2025.
With this first external growth operation, the LeHibou platform is strengthening its position as a multi-specialist in the IT sector and enriching its cybersecurity service offering. The group, which now has more than 100 employees, aims to exceed €150 million in revenue in 2025 and €200 million in 2026.
This transaction is part of a strategy to create value and accelerate growth by generating commercial and technological synergies between the two entities.
