CMA seeks approval for digital markets competition guidance

The consultation on the digital markets competition regime guidance documents closed in July. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has now asked the Secretary of State to approve the guidance documents. These implement changes to the UK competition law regime brought about by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act 2024.
